How it started
Itβs all my mom and dadβs fault. Since very young, I was expose to many physical activities, because my parents just knew the importance of movement.
At age 14, I started to take weight lifting a bit more serious, I was going to the gym at least 3 times a week and running a couple times throughout the week. Once I turned 20 I realized how much passionate I was about fitness and improving our bodies, so I started doing lots of certifications and workshops.
At my 22, I had to leave my country and even though it took me a while to come back to the fitness world I ended up living my passion and learning as much as I can (still do) to share it all with you.
